About Rylee Fleury
As a third generation native of Skagit County, Rylee Fleury has a deep-rooted connection to the valley and its residents. He completed courses in agricultural development and farming infrastructure at Washington State University. Through his studies Rylee grew further in his deep appreciation for farming and community, and its importance to Skagit County.
Rylee's passion for his community and lawful governance is unwavering. He has spent most his adult life studying our constitution and sees the intrinsic value of the rule of law and common sense.
