Born and raised in Skagit County, Rylee Fleury has a deep-rooted connection to the area and its residents. He graduated with honors from Skagit Valley College, where he earned his Associate of Arts degree before transferring to the University of Washington.
He completed his Bachelor's degree in Political Science, with a minor in Environmental Studies, showcasing his passion for both governance and sustainable development.
